OMG!! I LOVELOVELOVE rats!! I’ve had so many I can’t even count! Several years ago I had a ball python, briefly. He was ok but it tore my heart out to feed him. One day I brought this white rat home for him and she bit him and kicked dirt in his face. What a little pistol she was! The next day I gave the snake to a friend and ended up naming the rat Esmerelda. For 3 years she went everywhere with me; work, out to eat, to the movies, riding in the pocket of my overalls or in my purse. She’d sit on my shoulder when we drove around in my Jeep Wrangler. She was the love of my life!
