Splish splash!
Wednesday, March 28th, 2007Today our tub wall popped and is now coming away from the wall. I am both worried and excited, worried that it will be too costly to replace the old, yellowing, tub wall from the 80’s when our home was built… but excited that it may be in the budget, putting us one step closer to updating the look of the bathroom.
I was surfing the Lowes website and found this great tub surround! Our tub is white, so it would look great with it. Also, I really love the built in areas for shampoo bottles and the like. The wall color in the photo is actually pretty close to what I painted our bathroom, giving me a fairly good idea of what the whole thing could look like. Sadly, it’s $242.00, which is out of our budget for the time being, but it sure is fun to dream about, isn’t it?
